Established in 2003, we have an annual output of 2 million pieces of steel pickaxes and other metal tools with various specifications. Our company is equipped with advanced machines and processing systems; including two sets of mechanical rolling and forging process lines and an automatic chain furnace with most advanced domestic technologies.
The heat processing system is with the technique of radiation resistant heat process. The Italian Star2001 automatic static pneumatic spray gun is used for baking lacquer. Hence, our company is with an automation degree up to 90% and an excellent quality assurance system complying with the GB/T19002 standards.
